CPOC, the organizing team, Portuguese Orienteering Federation and Mora municipality are pleased to welcome all orienteers to Portugal 'O' Meeting 2009.

After organizing the World Ranking Event held in Mora in March 2006 and the National Championships in April 2007 in closeby locations, we know that quality standards are high for Orienteering in Mora. Typical fast Alentejo terrain sometimes with high runability, other times with many technical stony, vegetation and contour details. The technical offer of terrain, maps and courses will be at top quality by any international standards.

Mora is in North Alentejo only 100 Km away from Lisbon. You will find many different lodging facilities, many interesting places to visit (highly recomended and near the 1st day event area is the Mora Fluviary, recently acclaimed best portuguese museum of 2008).
